Effective Test Leadership Series
Today's test leads face an ever increasing challenge as products become more complex,
development cycles shorter, and teams more distributed. In addition to being the
last line of defense in communicating risk to project stakeholders, test leads must
effectively communicate with local and remote teams to ensure that everyone is
working towards the same goal.
The Effective Test Leadership curriculum is focused on developing strategic approaches to test project management,
effective communication, bug-database management, resource planning, and successful
test execution. It addresses the "soft" skills needed to lead and manage a team,
