The Challenges

  • The client looled for a partner (with a focus on providing QC) to work directly with them in developing several of their banking applications (for retail banking), including mobile and back-office to speed up the client team’s workflow. The new banking apps would be available on both Web and Mobile platforms.
  • The primary process of working with customers was predominantly paper-based, so the customer was eager to implement digital transformation within their business to provide a better customer experience
  • The customer faced difficulties in tracking the performance of their current system

The Solutions

  • Developed cross-platform mobile applications (for iOS and Android) to ensure readiness and a consistent user experience across various mobile devices.
  • Built robust APIs to facilitate easy integration with Techcombank’s existing and external systems, connecting services and data to mobile and web applications.
  • Performed rigorous integration testing and quality assurance to ensure that the application operates smoothly and is error-free during usage.

The Results

TPP Soft’s team successfully worked with the client’s team to develop various features of the back-office applications & mobile app following TCB’s specific business requirements (the project is still ongoing)
