Our client develops popular games played by an enormous number of online audiences from across the globe. The client’s gaming platform runs through a popular online gaming platform, Arc, and has a small in-house team handling all testing for their web platform, while also trying to support testing for 8 other languages. Our client had plans to expand their market but lacked the resources to execute.
