Channel Partner Manager

LogiGear has an immediate opening for a Channel Partner Manager. This position is available in the following areas; Austin, Dallas, Chicago, and we will consider other remote locations for the right candidate.

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will develop and nurture partner relationships, strategize portfolio and pricing, manage joint Go-to-Market messaging to introducing new offerings, and being the primary point of contact to our most valued partners.

Operationally, you will be responsible in evaluating our existing partner landscape, building a partner strategy while working closely with our Business Solutions and Sales teams to increase revenues and awareness of partnered related opportunities.  You will also have the opportunity to evaluate and onboard new partnerships which are mutually beneficial and that add value to our existing portfolio in order to deliver unique differentiation for LogiGear’s products and services.


  • Act as single point of contact for communications between partners and our cross-functional organization.
  • Develop strategic plans with the partner ecosystem to grow the size of the business and LogiGear’s market share.
  • Partner with marketing to create and deliver strategic go-to-marketing messaging.
  • Generate new partnerships opportunities through business development and lead generation.
  • Motivate LogiGear’s partner ecosystem’s sales force and partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated efficient account management of joint offerings.
  • Coordinates and directs efforts across the company's sales teams.
  • Rationalize the right balance and number of partners with the right programs to grow the aligned partners in a profitable and sustainable manner.
  • Monitor Return on Investments for joint go-to –market projects and campaigns designed to generate leads and revenue.


  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing strategic partnerships and or channel sales.
  • Understanding of the IT testing services industry and solution-based QA portfolios.
  • Extensive partner development skills with the ability to build out and execute to a robust business plan which is measurable.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers at an executive level - face to face – working across virtual teams both internally and with partners and channel.
  • Ability to travel 40%.
  • Strong presentation, writing and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in business or operations management preferred.
