Customer Success Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

LogiGear is a veteran in the testing of enterprise IT, mobile, web and IoT software applications.  Now celebrating its 25th year in business, LogiGear is on the verge to expand unlike never before.  As a result, we are interviewing for Customer Success Managers whom will play a significant part in shaping the future growth of our company.  This position drives proactive customer interactions increasing business retention, while giving us an opportunity to insanely delight our existing customer base.  This is a key role in the company as it enables our customers to successfully adopt our most advanced products and services, ensuring they have the very best LogiGear has to offer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales growth through existing accounts:

  • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise consultancy and IT solutions.
  • 2+ years of Enterprise Customer Success Management.
  • Project management and sales experience.
  • Customer communications and management skills.
  • Experience engaging closely with Delivery, Product Management and other teams.
  • Confidence and motivation to creatively tackle problems, self-learn and the ability to pivot and adapt quickly to change.

REQUIREMENTS:

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, an ideal background will include:

  • Understanding of digital transformation as well as testing services practices, and the ability to convey such understanding to customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Thinking outside of the box to delight customers.
  • Having a keen eye on customer needs and knowing when to offer LogiGear’s latest capabilities.
  • The ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Familiarity with IT Operations, Performance Management, Performance monitoring Tools and the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Having strong presentation, writing and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's in Business or Computer Science Degree.
