IT Helpdesk – Level 1

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Resolving software and hardware problems within Microsoft, Apple, Linux, Mobile devices. Exposure to a wide variety of software applications including MS Office, MS Outlook, Adobe Reader, Skype, Antivirus tools, VPN tools, etc.
  • Perform computer builds (Windows, Mac, and Linux) and deploy for on-boarding of new hires. Experience with PC “imaging” and “cloning” technologies.
  • Respond quickly and prioritize Helpdesk requests to provide quality, timely, and accurate end-to-end support of any issues. This includes ticketing and notification/communication of the incident in the ticketing system.
  • Provide outstanding in-person, telephone, written, and remote support to our users.
  • Stay up to date on available software and applications applicable to the corporate and project needs.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

  • Years of experience: 01 year.
  • Minimum career level: IT Helpdesk.
  • Minimum education level: Bachelors/College degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • Foreign languages: Ability in written and spoken English.
