Project Lead

JOB SUMMARY

LogiGear Vietnam is seeking for the best, the brightest, qualified, experienced and ambitious candidates to help build LogiGear Vietnam and to position Vietnam as the destination of choice for global software test automation solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but not limited to:
  • Estimating and managing testing efforts
  • Developing test plan document and conducting internal review with team and US PM/PL
  • Conducting external review of test plan with Client when required
  • Conducting internal reviews of test requirements and testcases and doing external reviews when required
  • Communicating issues to DM in timely manner
  • Coaching other members to apply working processes and provide feedbacks to Process Lead
  • Accurately completes and submits status reports in a timely manner to PM and/or EM

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3+ years experience in software testing and 1+ year experience in testing project management
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Good communication skills especially in status reporting and issue escalation
  • Expert at Fundamental Software Quality Assurance technique, tools and ability to use management systems to track software defects. Strong software testing skills and experience in AQ Software is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of knowledge and methodologies of Project Management in a software testing environment
  • Having practical experience in managing multiple testing projects (scope management, effort estimation, schedule/plan development, time management, communication, resource and risk managements)
  • Organization skills, ability to track the progress of tasks scheduled. Ability to build up work-cycles, practice and apply closely. Be able to work under high pressure and multi-task
  • Strong logical and critical thinking. Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/problem, ability to give a good estimation
  • High responsibility, discipline and ability to work effectively in a project team environment/good teamwork
  • Good leadership skills including influencing people, problem-solving skills, people management and visioning
  • Good communication skill (expression)
  • Solving problem and time management skill
  • Report and planning skill
  • Good English skills
