Strategic Account Manager

LogiGear, an industry leading provider of software testing services, test automation tools, QA training, and consulting, has an immediate opening for a Strategic Account Manager for our headquarter office in San Mateo CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced strategic account manager to manage and grow LogiGear's strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in enterprise software outsourcing services and enterprise software, preferably with experience in managing out sourced software testing and/or software development services, and with software testing tools or with other software lifecycle products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the sales targets to meet the strategic account revenue objectives.
  • Build annual strategy plans for each assigned strategic account.
  • Work collaboratively with fulfillment and delivery team.
  • Develop annual sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the company.
  • Work closely with internal teams to insure customer satisfaction.
  • Devise sales strategies to grow business within existing strategic accounts.
  • Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements.
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses and field in-person observations.
  • Proactively design and maintain an account nurture schedule.
  • Spend time at account locations on a recurring schedule.
  • Strengthen relationships within strategic accounts, maintain records in salesforce.
  • Develop materials and sales collateral to aid growth of Logigear services within strategic accounts.
  • Act as the conduit between the account and the home office.
  • Lead by example in the areas of client interaction, work ethic, communication and ethical conduct.
  • Build and maintain client database and CRM files.
  • Provide client briefings on new and additional product and service offerings.
  • Maintain files on agreement renewals.

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management.
  • Experience with enterprise software testing solutions and large, complex organizations preferred.
  • Experience software testing best practices and tools, and/or software development practices.
  • Work in our corporate headquarter office in San Mateo for 50% of the work week and willingness and ability to travel.
  • A bachelor degree, preferably in computer science or technical fields.
