Our client develops popular games enjoyed by a vast online audience worldwide. Their gaming platform operates on the well-known online gaming platform, Arc, with a small in-house team managing all testing for the web platform, while also endeavoring to support testing for 8 other languages. Despite plans to expand their market, our client lacked the resources to execute.

Given the extensive workload required for localization testing across mobile, web, and desktop platforms, the client sought a strategic testing partner to support their rapid release cycles.
