Trustonic is the global leader in device-locking technology. They ofer sophisticated device locking capability to protect revenue and reduce risk for mobile network carriers, retailers, and financiers.

The Challenges

In Trustonic, we focused on addressing the issues for those considered Trustonic’s customers. Specifically, Carriers, Retailers, and Financiers. Howerver, all of them had these common problems:

  • Want to expand their services into underserved markets, which could pose difficulties due to lower customer payment capabilities
  • Dealt with the risk of bad debt and customers missing payment deadlines
  • Security and Risk Management
  • Need to ensure that the purchasing and payment processes are convenient and comfortable for customers
  • Dealt with the risk of fraud, particularly in financial transactions. Fraud colud lead to asset and monetary losses.
  • The risk of asset theft is particularly significant when assets were used as collateral or under leasing agreements.

The Solutions

Focused on enhancing and improving the customer’s existing system – Telcoms Platform 2.0.

  • Optimizing the existing code

Built a new system – Telcoms Platform 3.0 with new tech stacks such as Python and AWS.
